Online Training Protocol
Beginning
To start out training I need a picture, both front and side view. Swimming suit or modest underwear is preferred but not necessary. Don’t worry I won’t show anyone these pictures without your permission! Any other stats you have that you would like to give me are welcomed.
The Workout Program
I use an online software called FitBot. Members can sign-in online and see his or her weekly plan. The software is very interactive. Members must check off every exercise they have completed, and are welcome to comment in notes on the workouts and even upload their own videos if they have specific questions, even though this isn't always neccessary. The workouts will be programmed out every weekend and adjusted based on your schedule, availability, goals, and progress. Example shown below.

- With our class membership, which is included with the training

The Nutrition
Each client needs to start out by recording what they are currently eating and notifying me of any dietary restrictions. They are welcome to record through whatever means they find easiest. I found that a lot of my successful clients either use an app called myfitnesspal or they send me pictures of their meals.
Once I get a baseline for what you are currently eating, I will design a diet plan around your caloric, macro, and food needs as well as your schedule. The initial diet plan will give a sample week of eating, but will ultimately be a tool to learn how to eat in a more flexible and intuitive manner. This takes time though, and I need clients to record everything they eat until they get to this point!
Communication
The software is very interactive for leaving comments on their workouts, but clients are also encouraged to contact me by either text or phone with any questions any time of the day. Also, I will leave it open for clients who live in the are to check in monthly for updated progress meetings and measurements. Otherwise, I'm always open by phone.
