CoMotion small group training program
First, we will talk about your goals, and figure out the best plan for you to hit those goals. We help you accomplish this through 4 avenues:
Consultation: Talk with one of our certified trainers to establish goals and help guide you through the challenge.
Workouts - Show up to our group training sessions. We meet Monday through Friday 6-7am, 5:30-6:30pm, Saturday at 9am (cardio kickboxing) and 10:30am. Our group workouts are scaled to your level of fitness and taught by our certified personal trainers. We focus on form, proper progressions, and best practices around your individual goals within the group setting.
Accountability - We will hold you accountable to attend workouts through check-ins and positive reinforcement. If you hit your goal workouts within the first 4 weeks, you will be rewarded with the next 4 workouts for free.
(FREE for limited time only!)* Nutrition - We will create for you a customized nutrition plan. Everyone is different! But we will figure out the best way to reach your goals.
Before and After pictures (not required) - recommended to keep track of progress but optional and we will never post without your permission. See some of our past before and afters by scrolling to the bottom of the page for proof we know what we are doing.
Results - Follow the program and if it doesn’t work we will give you you’re money back. We are that confident that what we do works. See the before and after pictures at the bottom of the page!
