Strength & Skill

This class focuses on taking your natural movement skills to the next level. We don’t just want you to jump, lift, and climb…we want you to move with skill and efficiency. The workout begins with a light cardio warm up and mobility work. Technical skill work combined with strength training are taught in mindful and progressive way. The session concludes with a short conditioning combo to put your skills to the test and leave you feeling great.

This class is about turning up the intensity. The workout begins with a general warm up and mobility work. Interval and circuit training will give you a fast-paced, high energy workout. The session finishes with stretching and mobility work to start the recovery process.
