From an early age I've had a passion for all aspects of fitness. At the age of 3 I began gymnastics and as I excelled through the sport, I became inspired by the way my mind was challenged in order to improve. As I grew older I began coaching gymnastics and fell in love with inspiring others to succeed as well. Then, as my time in the sport ended, I tried to find other fitness methods that challenged me enough physically and mentally. My fitness journey then led me to find yoga and different aspects of lifting. I love experimenting with different type of movement and am always looking for new challenges to bring into my classes!
