We Have 4 Options:

  1. We have an open gym membership where you can workout on your own at our gym 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. Sign up today and try it right now for free.

  2. We have a 1 hour small group training program 6:00am and 5:30pm every day, (includes nutrition and open gym). Think fun group workouts with real results for burning fat, gaining strength and increasing mobility. We have an 8 week challenge starting soon!

  3. We offer customized workouts. Tells us your goals, and we will design a workout which we will provdie weekly through our app. Get results at home or at our gym. This is great for a flexible schedule or if you have specific goals.

  4. We have the best personal trainers staffed here at the gym if you’d like to work one-on-one with someone.

Or if your schedule is all over the place you can take advantage of our 24-hour facility to implement the program, or just come in and do your own thing. Not into working out with others? We have both private and semi=private training options available with some of the best coaches in Milwaukee! Or if you already know whar you’re doing, our 24/7 open gym option may be perfect for you!

What is CoMotion?

CoMotion was voted Milwaukee’s best gym last year. Our training systems work by designing a custom program around our client’s needs using nutrition, fitness and accountability at the foundation. You’ve probably seen some of the amazing transformation pictures that we have put out over the years, consistently proving that what we do works. Besides helping people reach their goals, we take pride in the environment and community that we have built.

CoMotion training is a science-based, holistic, coach-inspired group workout designed to produce results both physically and mentally. Go at your own pace and our coaches will make it progressive, sustainable, and fun to grow into your personal best and improve and GET RESULTS.
