Architecture:

Architecture is foundation of the movement practice. Strong skeletal integrity and proper mobility to enable you to properly and safely execute the movements.

Balance:

Balance is in the middle of your practice. We look to achieve balance in multiple senses of the word. We want to achieve physical balance on our hands and feet, but also symmetry left and right. Balance in our lives through meditation and mindfulness. Balance between mobility strength to reduce chance of injury. We believe that the greater architecture will enable greater strength. This is balance.

Strength:

Strength comes in many forms in a practice. It comes from both the ability to move heavy things but also the mental ability to push through difficult obstacles.
