How To Get Started?

- The application process starts by signing up for a free 1-on-1 consultation and interview. 

-  In this session we will go over your goals, and figure out how we can help you, and give you advice on how to start, absolutely free. 

- We will also decide if you will be a good fit for our intro program. 

 

What Does The Program Include?

- A free consultation, with goals and starting measurements 

- Small Group in person training (up to 4 people)

- Up to 3 small group private training sessions a week

- A full diet plan and continuing guidance 

- Full accountability 

- Homework workouts

- A free gym membership

- We are accepting applicants to start next week! 

- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM

- Personal training generally starts at $600 a month.  However, for this 30 day challenge, we are offering at a price of only $300 a month, and a FREE membership, for individuals accepted into the program and ready to commit THIS WEEK ONLY!
