Welcome to CoMo Fitness.  If you’re visiting our site for the first time, chances are you’re ready to get serious with your fitness and really get in shape, and get the results you've been looking for. Look no further.  Our gym membership includes all classes and scheduled open gym times.  We’ve designed our training system to finally get you to make fitness a part of your life. We do this with our CoMo methodology – Each class begins with movements that will warm up and mobilize your joints and muscles for the daily workout.  Classes include but are not limited to basic gymnastics, aspects of yoga, calisthenics, plyometrics, crawling based movements, kettle bells, olympic weightlifting, cardiovascular training, circuit training, and HIIT.  Each day will have a specific strength focus designed to increase your work capacity over time while keeping your body balanced and healthy. 

What sets us apart from other gyms is our world class coaching, the uniqueness of our classes, and the results they produce.

We understand that joining a new gym may seem intimidating especially if you are new to our style of training, which is why we try to make all members feel welcome and offer a free week trial membership.  Our mission is to change lives through movement and we’re excited to be apart of this great community of Milwaukee.
