The teachers at CoMotion Fitness provide personal training and lead group classes focused on strength and mobility, using tools to develop movement intelligence through the use of basic gymnastics, aspects of yoga, calisthenics, plyometrics, crawling based movements, kettle bells, olympic weightlifting, cardiovascular training, circuit training, and HIIT.

What sets us apart from other gyms is our world class coaching, the uniqueness of our classes, and the results they produce.
